Johann Lorber (1734-1790), Schubkärrner aus Unterküps, heiratete 1767 die Lauterin Anna Martha Müller (*1745) und begründete so den Lauterer Nebenzweig.
Werdegang
Als Bauern und Händler bis heute im Dorf Lauter bei Baunach ansässig.
Outstanding biographies
- Anna Maria Lorber (* 1799) married the dealer Friedrich Wagenseil from Welkendorf;
- Georg Lorber (* 1833), married in 1869 in Amshausen near Gütersloh, possibly descendants there;
- Sebastian Lorber (1891-1942), grocer in Lauter;
- Ferdinand Johann Lorber (1897-1916), killed in Deûlémont, France during the First World War;
- Klara Lorber (1899-1990) married the innkeeper Johann Wagner from Hartlanden
Spread today
The majority seem to have remained loyal to Lauter to this day.
